Shipping, inventory availability, return and delivery time frame
Your satisfaction is important to us! Our goal is to establish long term relations with our customers. Upon delivery of your new AYAM eco-spiritual clothing, you notice a manufacturing fault or defect (which is rare yet possible as the clothing is hand-made)? The size doesn’t suit your body? Don’t worry! We have taken such possibilities into consideration and have a solution for you! Make sure to verify sizing using or sizing chart before your purchase.
We will accept the return of any of our clothing items bought from our online boutique. As long as they have not been worn or washed. They must also have the tag still attached, and show no signs of usage or body odor.
In order to be eligible to our return policy, YOU MUST communicate with us by email within 7 days of having received your item. And then, send that item back to us within the 7 days following our email agreement. Beyond these 14 days we will not accept any returns. Unless an exception has been discussed and agreed upon by both parties. Please respect and understand these conditions.
Do not ever hesitate to communicate with us, we will always answer you as quickly as possible!
Extra shipping fees will be applied in case of an exchange. There is an exception in the case of a fault or defect. Each context will be discuss.
Is your item return being done from outside of Canada? If so please write RETURN – MADE IN CANADA on the shipping label slip. That way, we don’t need to pay extra custom fees. Thank you for also including a copy of your invoice with a note stating the reason for the clothing exchange.
Delivery Time Frame
International shipments can take from 4 to 8 weeks before they arrive at their destination, from the moment we send them out. In terms of shipping by mail within Canada, the general delay is about 3 to 8 days from the moment the packaged item has been dropped off at a Canada Post outlet. Take note that there might be a delay of one to many weeks in our follow-through on an order. This is based on the season during which the order was made. Normally, you will receive your AYAM items within a delay of 1 weeks. If you have any specific needs feel free to communicate with us here.
Be advised that we are not responsible for any situation involving an item being lost or stolen once it is in the hands of the postal system. A tracking number will be provided.
Shipping Fees – FREE on any purchase over $160!!
Shipping fees are calculated by an automated system managed by Canada Post. Our production volume is relatively low, and selling online is a new activity for AYAM Creation starting this year. We aren’t capable yet to offer our customers free shipping as a general rule. However, we pay shipping fees in full on any order in which the invoice’s total amount reaches $160!!
In the spirit of Slow Fashion, each one of our clothing creations was thought out as intelligently as possible in order to fulfill a variety of clothing needs. Hence, it is not unusual that AYAM clothing fans rack up an invoice with that kind of total amount! Furthermore, as we make clothing for women, men and children, make the most of your order and dress your whole family! Men so often complain that they are left behind when it comes to fashionable, ethical and original clothing. Offering them something from AYAM is a great opportunity to prove them otherwise!

It is impossible for us to keep our web site inventory up to date at all times. Sales can make products move fast. Our clothing productions are relatively small (compared to other clothing lines). It is possible that a product no longer be available yet still appear as if it were from our online boutique. In the case an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you by email and discuss a potential replacement or reimbursement.
